The setup fee includes your initial process audit, workflow design, tool connections, testing, and staged rollout. It is a one-time cost that gets your automations live and documented.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a higher tier at any time. We will credit your remaining month and add the new automations without disruption.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Every plan includes monitoring. We detect failures and fix them within the SLA for your tier. If something falls outside standard coverage, we will let you know before doing any extra work.
Do I need to switch away from my current tools?
No. We connect to the CRM, calendar, email, and billing tools you already use. If we find a tool that is not a good fit, we will recommend alternatives — but the choice is yours.
What are the overage costs?
AI messages beyond your included allowance cost $0.03 each. Workflow runs beyond the plan limit cost $2 per 1,000 runs. New automations outside monthly scope are $450 each, delivered within 5 business days.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Plans are month-to-month after the initial setup period. We recommend at least 3 months to see full results, but there is no lock-in.
